Before you start the trial
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Every plan starts with 14 days free and no card. Add one when you want monitoring to keep going after day 14.
What happens if I go over my order limit?
We stop importing new orders and tell you on every screen. Your history stays, and upgrading fills the gap. You can also switch on auto-upgrade.
Is the price per shop?
Yes. Each shop has its own plan, sized by its orders a month. Agencies get one invoice for every client shop.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT. Your invoice shows the VAT that applies to your country and status.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Pay yearly and get two months free.
Can your team apply the fixes?
Yes. Tell us which fixes, and we will quote the work separately. Numeristic checks them the same way.
